My stay at Royalton was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were what you would expect from Royalton - comfortable beds and cleanliness throughout, which was great. However, the service left a lot to be desired as staff denied help when over 50 people were sick at once. The location, though amazing, had a very small Diamond Club level reception and bar that was nicely done. The dining experience was exceptional with creative dishes served in the buffet.
